Beacon Legal Secures $7.5M Jury Verdict

Our law firm in partnership with the West Law Firm recently secured a $7,500,000.00 personal injury jury verdict for our clients in a residential premises liability matter in Gainesville, Florida. The Defendants were defaulted and did not appear at trial.

The entire $7,500,000.00 verdict was for non-economic damages.

The jury trial lasted two days. And the jury deliberated for under two hours.
